Spectrum Career's founder, Raymond Gooch began in the industry in 1986. His experience includes Contingency Placement, Temporary Staffing, Employee Leasing, Executive Search, Human Resources Executive and founding a Non-Profit Career Counseling organization serving the working poor with Career Guidance.
